Enrolments & Payments

Booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full (unless otherwise arranged).
Term based classes must be paid upfront to secure your spot.
Casual classes (if offered) are payable per session.
We accept online payments and cash.

By enrolling in a class, course, or workshop with Alluring Gem Belly Dancing ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Refunds & Cancellations

We do not offer refunds for missed classes or change of mind.
If you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, or exceptional circumstances, we may offer a credit towards a future class (case by case).
If we cancel a class (e.g. due to teacher illness or low numbers), you will be offered a make up class or refund for this class.

Class Participation

You are responsible for your own wellbeing during class. Please listen to your body and work within your limits.
Inform us before class if you have any injuries, health concerns, or accessibility needs.
We do not offer medical advice or liability for any injuries sustained during participation.
If you are pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.

Behaviour & Respect

We aim to create a safe, inclusive and uplifting environment.

Kindness, respect, and inclusivity are non-negotiable.
Disruptive, disrespectful or harmful behaviour may result in removal from class without refund.

Class Changes

We reserve the right to:

Adjust class content based on participant needs
Reschedule or relocate classes when required (reasonable notice will be given)

Media & Photography

From time to time, we may take photos or short videos during class for promotional purposes.

You will always be informed ahead of time.
You can opt out at any time - just let us know before the class begins.

Your Privacy

We collect basic information when you enrol to manage your participation and contact you with class updates. Your information is kept private in line with our Privacy Policy.
