We understand that life happens, but due to the nature of term based bookings, we have a clear and fair refund policy to ensure the smooth running of our classes.
No Refunds for Change of Mind or Missed Classes
Once a term booking has been made, no refunds will be issued if:

You change your mind

Your availability changes

You are unable to attend one or more classes
This is because your spot is secured for the full term, and once booked, it is held exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

Refunds Before Term Commencement
Refunds may be granted before a term begins, provided that:

A written request is submitted

The request is made with reasonable notice (to allow time to fill the spot)
Refunds granted under these conditions may be processed in full or part at our discretion, based on timing and enrolment status.
